About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, technically strong leader to join our delivery organization as a Program Manager. This strategic role will act as the second-in-line to the BU Head, with full ownership of a sub-service line. The role spans across Delivery and Operations, ensuring delivery excellence, customer success, supply-demand planning, stakeholder management, and full P&L accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery, operations, governance, and customer engagement.
  • Own P&L for the sub-service line (revenue, margins, utilization).
  • Drive operational efficiency while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage supply-demand planning, deploying the right skills at the right time.
  • Act as escalation point for critical customer accounts.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing delivery & operations team.
  • Work closely with Elastic for solution alignment and delivery (knowledge of Elastic preferred).

What Were Looking For

  • 15+ years of proven experience in both Delivery and Operations within IT Services.
  • Strong background in P&L management, supply-demand planning, and customer management.
  • Solid technical grounding in one or more areas (Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Applications, Infra, etc.).
  • Preferred: Knowledge/experience with Elastic.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and execution skills.
  • High-energy, adaptable, and execution-driven leader.
