We are seeking a female Head of Occupational Therapy with strong clinical expertise and proven leadership skills to lead our Occupational Therapy department. The role involves overseeing patient care, guiding a team of therapists, ensuring compliance, and driving excellence in rehabilitation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions for complex cases requiring advanced intervention.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of therapists and assistants.
- Monitor departmental performance, set goals, and ensure service quality.
- Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance staff capabilities.
