Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and learning challenges in children.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy and remedial education programs tailored to each child's needs.
  • Provide speech and language therapy for articulation, fluency, voice, and comprehension difficulties.
  • Deliver remedial sessions for children with learning disabilities such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia.
  • Collaborate with psychologists, occupational therapists, special educators, and teachers to ensure holistic support.
  • Engage parents through regular counseling and provide strategies for home-based reinforcement.
  • Maintain detailed case files, therapy plans, progress notes, and reports.
  • Conduct progress reviews and modify intervention strategies as needed.
  • Organize awareness and training programs for parents and teachers on communication and learning development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education:

  • B.Ed. Special Education

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience working with children in a clinical or school-based setting.

  • Strong understanding of child development, speech-language pathology, and learning disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic, patient, and child-friendly approach.
  • Good documentation and reporting abilities.

Work Details:

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Work Timing: 09:30 to 06:30
  • Salary: Based on qualification and experience
