Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech and Language Therapist based in Coimbatore. The Speech and Language Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. Day-to-day responsibilities include the development and implementation of personalized therapy plans, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and parents, and monitoring progress to ensure positive outcomes for each child. The therapist will play a crucial role in enhancing communication skills, supporting functional development, and promoting a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Speech Therapy and expertise in managing communication disorders
  • Experience in assessing and treating speech and language disorders
  • Understanding of managing Dysphagia and related conditions
  • Knowledge of Language Disorders and developing tailored intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Relevant certifications or licensure in speech and language therapy
  • Experience working with neurodiverse children or in a similar educational setting is a plus
  • Commitment to fostering goal-oriented, individualized growth in children
