and are looking for a passionate and skilled
ABA Therapist
to join our dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Role Overview

As an ABA Therapist
, you will work with children and young people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental challenges. You will provide 1:1 therapy sessions, implement behaviour intervention plans, and collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, speech and occupational therapists, and families to support each child's progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based
  Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
  interventions.
• Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions in clinic and home settings.
• Collect and analyse behavioural data to track progress.
• Collaborate with senior clinicians in developing and updating individualised treatment plans.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Essential:
  Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Behavioural Science, or related field.
• Preferred:
  ABA certification or training (RBT, BCaBA, or equivalent).
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental conditions.
• Strong communication skills in
  Tamil and English
  .
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Empathy, patience, and passion for supporting children and families.
