We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLM development, ASR/TTS models, and multi-agent systems.If you are passionate about building intelligent systems that automate, understand, and interact — this role is for you

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop & Fine-Tune AI Models Train and optimize LLMs (Large Language Models) for custom use cases .Work on ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) models like Whisper for speech-to-text pipelines .Build or fine-tune TTS (Text-to-Speech) models using frameworks like VITS, FastSpeech, or Meta TTS.

  2. Build & Deploy AI Agents Design intelligent autonomous agents capable of decision-making, task execution, and system interaction .Integrate agents with internal tools, APIs, and workflows to drive automation.

  3. Build Generative AI & Multi-Agent Systems Create scalable generative AI applications content generation, conversational agents, workflows, etc .Implement multi-agent architectures for collaboration, reasoning, and workflow automation.

  4. Create Advanced RAG Pipelines Use LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex to build Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems . Design embedding workflows, context windows, retrieval optimizations, and memory systems.

  5. Manage Vector Databases Work with Pinecone, ChromaDB, Milvus, etc. for: Embedding storage Similarity search High-performance retrieval Scaling knowledge bases

  6. API Development & Cloud Deployment Build REST APIs/GraphQL for AI model integration .Deploy and scale AI workloads on AWS, Azure, or GCP .Optimize models for inference (quantization, batching, GPU usage, etc.).

Experience & Education

  • 2–3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Technical SkillsStrong programming skills in Python (AI/ML stack) and JavaScript (API/backend).
  • Good understanding of SQL/SQLite and database performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience with:LLM training & fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA, SFT)ASR systems (Whisper, Wav2Vec2)TTS systems (VITS, FastSpeech, Tacotron)RAG, embeddings, vector search
  • Familiarity with modern AI frameworks:HuggingFace TransformersOpenAI APIsLangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndexPyTorch / TensorFlowExperience with Docker, CI/CD, GPU optimization
  • Understanding of multi-modal AI (text + audio + vision)Knowledge of agents frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, Langroid)
