Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Industry: Electrical / Industrial Equipment Manufacturing

Experience Required: 5+ Years (Manufacturing industry experience preferred)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate)

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Accountant to take charge of our company's financial health and compliance. This is a key leadership role in our accounts department, involving decision-making, strategic financial planning, and ensuring accurate reporting to support our company's growth.

The ideal candidate is a numbers-driven professional with in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial controls, along with proven experience in managing a team and handling audits in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire accounting function, from data entry to finalization of accounts

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Manage statutory compliance: GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI

Conduct internal audits and coordinate with statutory auditors

Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow

Implement process improvements for better financial control

Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Liaise with banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required

Skills & Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / CA / CA-Inter with solid accounting background

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Manufacturing sector preferred)

Proficient in Tally ERP, Advanced MS Excel, and financial reporting tools

Strong understanding of taxation laws and statutory filings

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining accuracy
