Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive budgets, prepare reports for senior management, and monitor compliance with company policies.
- Lead a nationwide sales team to achieve sales targets, fostering productive relationships with key customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, suggesting improvements and providing timely solutions aligned with client needs.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to maintain brand consistency.
- Create a collaborative and high-performance culture, promoting excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Manage relationships with existing partners, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong experience in sales leadership, sales strategy development, and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Industry experience in Gold, Banking, Finance is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
