Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales & Operations Associate to handle client relations, convert inquiries into bookings, and coordinate smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across both sales and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication.
- Maintain CRM records and sales trackers accurately.
- Share timely updates with clients and internal teams regarding shoot schedules and deliverables.
- Address client queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing for offers, campaigns, and promotions.
- Provide client insights and feedback to refine services and packages.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth project execution and after-sales support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and client expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, client relations, or operations (event/photography industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Positive attitude with problem-solving approach.
