Sr. Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control & Inspection
- Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished glass décor products.
- Conduct visual and dimensional checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify defects such as cracks, bubbles, color variations, or coating issues.
- Process Monitoring & Improvement
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality parameters.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce recurring defects.
- Testing & Documentation
- Perform quality tests (strength, durability, coating adhesion, etc.).
- Maintain quality inspection reports, deviation logs, and rejection analysis.
- Prepare and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists.
- Customer & Compliance Management
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
- Handle customer complaints related to product quality and provide solutions.
- Support audits (internal/external) and ensure compliance with ISO/quality certifications.
- Team Coordination & Training
- Train operators and line staff on quality standards and inspection methods.
- Work closely with the design, production, and packaging teams to maintain consistency.
