Production Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision**:

- Supervise and provide direction to production staff.
- Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and ensure adequate staffing.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate employees to promote professional growth and improve productivity.
- **Production Oversight**:

- Monitor daily production to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate workflow, prioritize tasks, and address bottlenecks.
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices to optimize efficiency.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address defects or issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting for quality audits.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce adherence to workplace safety regulations and policies.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure equipment is well-maintained.
- Organize safety training sessions for employees.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Analyze production processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering or technical teams to implement new procedures.
- **Inventory and Resources Management**:

- Monitor raw materials and supplies to ensure availability.
- Minimize waste and control production costs.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to address inventory shortages.
- **Communication and Reporting**:

- Provide regular updates to management regarding production performance.
- Document and report incidents, equipment failures, and deviations.
- Foster open communication between team members and other departments.

Pay: ₹10,339.11 - ₹33,831.22 per month
