Key Responsibilities of a Shift Incharge:

- **Supervising and Coordinating Staff**:This includes delegating tasks, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and addressing any employee-related issues during the shift.
- **Ensuring Operational Efficiency**:Shift Incharges oversee daily operations, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
- **Maintaining Quality and Safety**:They are responsible for upholding quality standards and ensuring that all safety regulations and procedures are followed during their shift.
- **Problem Solving and Resolution**:They address and resolve any operational issues, conflicts, or emergencies that arise during their shift.
- **Communication and Reporting**:Shift Incharges communicate with other departments, supervisors, and management to ensure a smooth handover between shifts and to report on daily operations.
- **Training and Development**:They may be involved in training new staff members and providing guidance to existing team members.
- **Inventory Management**:In some settings, they may be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
