Job Title: Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to lead our production team. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and assembly of parts in kitchen equipment or machine manufacturing.

  • Supervising the manufacturing process, ensuring all fitters are fed with material, parts, and issuing material for fitters.
  • Making and filling daily production reports.
  • Responsible from drawing receipt to dispatch, loading of jobs, and equipment management.
  • Coordinating with internal departments for inspection.
  • Ensuring all workers work with personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
  • Drawing up production schedules.
  • Obtaining materials and components for required equipment.

The successful candidate should possess:

  • Experience and familiarity with drawing studies.
  • Experience in sheet metal fabrication, preferably in stainless steel.
  • Knowledge and exposure to mechanical, electrical, and gas burners.
  • Excellent drawing reading and understanding abilities.
  • Strong task management skills and excellent people management on the shop floor.
  • Technical soundness in welding and finishing processes (buffing, cleaning).
  • Ability to handle pressure situations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical diploma in mechanical engineering.
