  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Promote and sell genuine Dealer Ship of M&M spare parts to customers, workshops, garages, and retailers.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new customers/dealers in assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong relations with existing clients through regular follow-ups and support.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and promptly.
  • Provide product recommendations and technical assistance when needed.
  • Order & Inventory Management:
  • Take customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely delivery.
  • Monitor stock levels and report fast- or slow-moving parts.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Gather competitor pricing and promotional information.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Maintain proper records of sales, invoices, and customer data.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of automotive spare parts (especially Mahindra).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven and customer-focused.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email, ERP preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Minimum Graduate (Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Automobile/Mechanical).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in automotive spare parts sales (preferably Mahindra dealership or similar).

Working Conditions:

  • 6-day working week.
  • Field visits as per assigned territory.
  • Travel allowance as per company norms.
