Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as the Quality Head, located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The Quality Head will oversee and manage all aspects of quality management, assurance, and control processes within the hospital. Key responsibilities include conducting quality audits, implementing strategies for compliance with industry standards, analyzing operational processes to identify improvement opportunities, and ensuring adherence to best practices in healthcare quality. The role seeks to foster a culture of continuous improvement and maintain the hospital's commitment to excellence in services and patient care.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with regulations and hospital standards
  • Proven skills in Quality Auditing to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision-making to improve overall operational performance
  • Understanding of Quality Management systems and frameworks to develop and implement effective quality strategies
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry, especially in hospital management, is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced certification in quality management is a plus
