Job description 1] Must have min 10 years of related field experience of handling BIW welding assly parts Quality manufacture via Spot welding, Mig welding with manual and Robotic process. 2Must have good understanding on welded assly related issue in BIW parts for PV vehicles, Export part quality requirement. 3 Ensure Strategic alignment of Part quality with Customer goals. 4Co-ordination with team for maintaining up time of current and future requirements 5] Drive quality, process change and Lean initiatives to ensure sustained Quality of Parts be produce and supplied. 6Build Positive employee relationship & Ensure customer responsive working environment. 7Determining, finalizing and communicating in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications 8 Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met 9] Setting customer service standards 10Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers 1 Investigating and setting standards for quality of the different products 12Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards required by the customer 1Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures 1 Co-ordinating with customers about various quality and system related topics / issues 1 Determining training needs , arranging it and checking its effectiveness 1 Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality Working to improve an organization's efficiency and profitability by reducing waste 17] Analyzing and distributing statistical information 1 Monitoring performance of Inspectors & QA technical staff.  Ensuring always excellent performance during customer audits & reviews related to Quality & Systems Should having excellent knowledge of PPAP , APQP etc.  Ensuring excellent performance during customer audits & reviews Ensuring Compliance to Quality System in accordance to ISO9000, ISO14001, IATF 16949, TPM etc..
