CANDIDATE INDUSTRY PREFERANCE : COMMERCIAL VEHICLES DEALERS, ALLIED OR ANCILLARY AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY, HEAVY AUTO ENGINEERING

EXPERIENCE : 15 TIO 20 YEARS

AGE : 45 TO 50 YRS

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT : MUST HAVE WIORKED ACROSS IN TAMIL NADU IN DEALER MANAGEMENT . OEM'S WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. MUST HAVE FLUENT SPOKEN SKILLS IN TAMIL / ENGLISH

JOB PROFILE

1. IT IS A PROFIT HEAD POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR SALES OF LIGHT, MEDIUM TO HEAVY COMMERCIAL VEHICLES IN TAMIL NADU

2. SHOULD DEMONSTRATE GOOD SALES OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES IN TAMIL NADU REGION

3. HAVE GOOD CONTACTS IN B2B AND LOCAL HNIs IN SELLING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES

4. HANDJLING BRANCHES ACROSS TAMIL NADU ENSURING EACH BRANCH IS TOP PERFORMING IN SALES / SERVICE OF COMMERCIAL VEHIICLES

5. TEAM LEADER, MUST LEAD THE TEAM FROM THE FRONT AND EXCELLENT TEAM MANAGEMENT SKILLS IN DRIVING SALES, ROBUST, DYNAMIC, NEVER TIRING ATTITUDE, TRAVEL SAVVY, POSSESS GOOD SALES STRATEGY IN MAKING IN ROADS IN VARIOUS MARKET SEGMENTS TO ENSURE GOOD SALES TURNOVER

6. EXCELLENT LOCAL COMMUNICATION AND PRESENTATION SKILLS

7. COORDINATE WITH PRINCIPLE TO LAUNCH MARKETING PROGRAMMES AND DEALER MANAGEMENT
