We're looking for a passionate and dynamic Décor/Sales Consultant to join our team and help clients transform their spaces with elegance and innovation.
Role Overview
As a Décor/Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our showroom. You will guide them through our product range, understand their needs, offer creative solutions, and drive sales. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a flair for design, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in clients and understand their décor requirements.
- Provide expert advice on APAART's luxury product range.
- Build customized décor solutions based on client needs and budgets.
- Drive sales through product demonstrations and design suggestions.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from consultation to post-sales.
- Maintain sales records and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the team on promotional activities and showroom events.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a retail/showroom environment.
- Basic understanding of interior design and décor concepts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in interiors, décor, or premium products.
- Passion for design and customer engagement.
