    1. Carpenter Meeting Arrangements
  • Plan and coordinate carpenter meetings in various territories.
  • Manage logistics, invitations, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure maximum participation.
    1. Territory-wise Coordination with Local Sales Managers
  • Work closely with Local Sales Managers to understand regional requirements.
  • Ensure alignment between commercial activities and local market needs.
    1. Meeting Arrangements
  • Organize and manage all types of meetings including internal and external stakeholder interactions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, prepare materials, and ensure seamless execution.
    1. Gift Distribution and Record Keeping
  • Arrange for promotional gifts and samples as per business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of distribution and report periodically.
    1. Audit and Compliance
  • Support audit-related activities and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation and provide necessary support during inspections or audits.
    1. Videography of Meetings
  • Ensure proper video recording of meetings and events for documentation, review, and training purposes.
  • Manage storage and distribution of recordings as required.
    1. Arrangement of Halls & Party Plots
  • Identify and book appropriate venues such as halls and party plots based on event requirements and budget.
  • Handle negotiations, payments, and vendor coordination for successful event execution.

  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Professional and courteous demeanor with excellent relationship-building skills. Preferred qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in purchase, coordination, or event management roles.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation tools.

  • Ability to multitask, plan effectively, and work in a team environment.
