Summary:

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to lead and execute digital strategies for our Pharmaceutical and FMCG products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital campaigns from the initial stageright from planning and content coordination to execution and reporting.

The candidate will also support digital aspects of market research, product promotions, and lead generation, helping the brand grow across both B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution (Start to Finish):

    Plan, create, and launch digital marketing campaigns from the ground upconcept, strategy, asset development, and deployment.
  • Social Media Management:

    Manage and grow brand presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Content Creation Coordination:

    Work with designers and content creators to develop posts, emailers, blogs, product videos, and creatives for online use.
  • SEO & Website Optimization:

    Handle on-page and off-page SEO; update website content and ensure ranking improvements on search engines.
  • Email Marketing:

    Design and execute email marketing campaigns for promotions, product news, and B2B communication.
  • Paid Advertising:

    Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc., and provide actionable insights.
  • Market & Trend Research:

    Stay updated with the latest digital trends and competitor activities to refine digital strategy.
  • Product Launch Support:

    Manage digital activities related to product launches, including teaser campaigns, awareness content, and follow-up engagement.
  • Sustainability Messaging:

    Promote the companys sustainable practices and eco-friendly initiatives through digital content and brand communication.

  • FMCG: Health & Wellness, Personal Care, Packaged Goods.
  • Pharmaceuticals: Prescription, OTC, Nutraceuticals.

Software Skills:

  • Ability to handle marketing activities from initial planning to execution
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
  • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Basic understanding of target audiences in Pharma and FMCG sectors
  • Creative thinking and results-driven approach
  • Project ownership and ability to multitask
