Role Overview
We're looking for an ambitious
Business Development Manager
who can drive growth for our
data analytics and web scraping
services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT and SaaS-based project sales, experience in international B2B lead generation, and the ability to manage client relationships from prospecting to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads from international markets (US, UK, UAE, Singapore, Europe).
- Develop and execute outreach strategies across LinkedIn, email, and professional networks.
- Understand client pain points across the eCommerce, travel, OTT, and FMCG industries, and pitch customized data solutions.
- Collaborate with the tech and operations teams to prepare tailored proposals and quotations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting → proposal → negotiation → closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Track competition, pricing trends, and market movements for data-driven strategy refinement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT / SaaS / Data Analytics domains.
- Strong understanding of
web scraping, APIs, data extraction, or automation projects
. - Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously.
