Job Title: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Marketing
Department: Marketing
Location: Gurugram
Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Head of Division
CTC Range: 10–12 LPA
Job Purpose:
To support and lead marketing initiatives for the OTC and Muscle Food (Sports Nutrition) categories, ensuring effective trade channel operations, branding strategies, and field team alignment for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor marketing plans for the OTC and Sports Nutrition categories.
- Work closely with trade channels to drive brand visibility and sales performance.
- Plan and manage ATL/BTL activities including promotions, events, and on-ground activation.
- Handle digital marketing campaigns and coordinate with media agencies.
- Manage media budgets in the range of 3–5 crores, ensuring ROI-focused spends.
- Liaise with the field force to ensure marketing initiatives are well integrated on-ground.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze campaign performance and consumer trends to recommend marketing improvements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: MBA in Marketing (mandatory)
- Experience: 3–6 years (preferred in FMCG/OTC/Health & Nutrition sectors)
Skills:
Strong understanding of Trade Channel Marketing
- Experience with ATL/BTL and Digital Branding
- Media planning and budget handling experience
Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills
Preference: Male candidate (as per field travel requirements)
