*Role Description*

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Business Development Manager
to join our team in Noida. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong business relationships. The ideal candidate will strategize to expand market reach, execute sales initiatives, and ensure excellent communication with clients to foster satisfaction and retention. This role plays a key part in driving our growth in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the energy and renewable fuels sector.
  • Lead generation through various channels and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Manage and develop existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market presence.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Report regularly on progress, challenges, and opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
  • Strong understanding of Business and Account Management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Prior experience in the energy or renewable sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
