Detailed Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives for SAP solutions and services across India. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through SAP-led transformations.
Key Qualifications:
- 712 years of sales / business development experience in IT services, with at least 5+ years focused on SAP solutions.
- Strong network and relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers in Indian enterprises.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in SAP or enterprise application domain.
- Ability to articulate value propositions and differentiate offerings in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree Engineering (MBA preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for SAP services (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BTP, Analytics, etc.) across industries.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to increase pipeline and revenue.
- Build and manage senior-level relationships with SAP, partners, and clients.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, solution pitching, proposal preparation, negotiations, and closure.
- Collaborate with presales, delivery, and practice teams to align customer needs with company offerings.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities to strengthen positioning.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
