Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and grow online sales across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, company website, or other marketplaces
  • Handle incoming online leads, inquiries, chats, and calls generated through digital platforms
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products to close sales effectively
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Monitor order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and daily/weekly sales reports
  • Execute promotional offers, discounts, and campaign activities as planned by management
  • Track competitor pricing, product listings, and market trends
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt communication and issue resolution

Preferred candidate profile

1) Graduate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline

2) 13 years of experience in e-commerce sales, inside sales, telesales, or online customer handling

3) Good verbal and written communication skills

4) Strong customer-handling and persuasion skills

5) Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online selling processes

6) E-commerce, Retail, D2C brands, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or Online Services

7) Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach, Self-motivated and result-focused, Team player with good coordination skills
