About Us

Leumas is a VC-backed deep-tech startup building robotic micro-factories for nutraceuticals, cosmetics, and pharma. We're scaling fast and need a supply chain leader who can thrive in chaos, build structure, and take ownership end-to-end.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Supply Chain & Procurement Lead who can own sourcing, vendor relationships, and procurement in a high-intensity startup environment. This is not a 9-to-5 job – we want someone who can grind, move fast, and treat the business like their own.

Responsibilities

  • Build and streamline the sourcing and procurement process across categories.
  • Negotiate with vendors, drive cost efficiency, and secure reliable supply.
  • Manage vendor relationships with high accountability and long-term thinking.
  • Build systems for tracking purchase orders, stock levels, and lead times.
  • Collaborate with production, R&D, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Drive zero-defect procurement and "no excuses" fulfillment.
