**Position Overview**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and logistics providers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including warehousing, packaging, and shipping.
- Optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve supply chain processes.
- Implement best practices and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on e-commerce.
- Proven track record of managing supply chain operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in supply chain software and technologies.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
