Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting in preparation of various Geospatial and Remote Sensing related components for development of large BINS (Building Identification Numbering System) Databases.
• Should be strong in Geospatial and Remote Sensing concepts (Application knowledge).
• Updating/Maintenance of BINS Databases and good working knowledge in Geocoding/Reverse Geocoding and performing Geo-Spatial Analysis.
• Automate Geospatial procedures and develop new and innovative ways for Geoprocessing team workflows.
• Work as a member with a multi-faceted research team in ensuring the best Geospatial practices.
• Develop and validate code used to join geospatial data to relational database attributes.
• Run test and client data sets and perform statistical analysis of data and results.
• Use visualization tools such as maps and charts to validate and present results.
• Write technical documentation for internal use and distribution to clients.
• Create and deliver presentations of analysis methods and results to coworkers.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop practical implementations of improvements.
• Work as member of multi-faceted development team.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification:

• B Tech or M Tech or M.Sc. (in Geo-Informatics/Remote Sensing & GIS) or Spatial Technologies

Total Experience: 0-3 years
Must-Have Skills

• Fluent in software's such as QGIS/ARCGIS Desktop / ArcGIS Pro and Google Earth Pro technologies
• Knowledge of C#, Python, R, and Open-Source Geospatial platform (SNAP, GDAL, SAGA, etc.), PostgreSQL & SQL Server,
• Ensuring effective measures for the project to be completed with good quality and on time.
• Design, develop, maintain Geospatial databases, and spatial analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in project documentation/ technical presentations.
• Ability to work within a collaborative environment.
• Possess a positive attitude and independently work.
• Willingness to learn and apply new technologies, strategies, and theories is crucial.
• Open-minded and receptive to feedback and suggestion.
