It is a leader in the Indian IT market and is one of the six leading Big Tech companies in India. Minimum of 4 year of relevant experience as GIS Team Lead is required.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a GIS Senior Team Lead, located in Hyderabad. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced GIS Senior Team Leader to lead the training function for our critical process. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our operations team possesses the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality insights and contribute to success. The
GIS Sr Group Leader
will be responsible for the end-to-end in operations management.

Designation – GIS Sr Team Leader

Education – Graduation

Salary would be up to 15 LPA

Shift – 24*7 rotational shift

Location - Hyderabad

Candidate should be PMP / Six Sigma Lean Certification is preferred

Minimum mandatory experience needed-

Total experience of 10+ years (120+ months)

Atleast 4+ years (48+ months) of experience in operations management

· Strong customer service orientation

· Exposure to Geographical Information System(GIS) knowledge

· Should have atleast 18 months of experience in Geographical Information System(GIS)

· domain

· Management of daily activities of a team size of 250+ analysts

· Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and adjust strategies as needed.

· Google Ecosystem - Vendor set up awareness

· Highly analytical and logical

· Good skills in Computers especially MS Office\ Office 365

· Responsible for Process level compliance on various standards (BS 7799, COPC, etc)

· and process improvement projects (Six Sigma, Lean)

· Proficiency in Work-force management applications, Quality tools and technologies

· Excellent knowledge of Service Delivery in a voice/semi voice process

· Well versed with Microsoft applications, specially excel and power point

· The job will require fairly high amount of work in shift environment as per requirement

Qualifications

• Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar
• Experience in spatial data analysis, map creation, and geospatial data management
• Strong project management skills and experience leading a team
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support and training
• Experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, or related field
