We are looking for an experienced and polite Telecaller with excellent communication skills to handle patient inquiries and appointment bookings over the phone. The ideal candidate should be soft-spoken, patient-friendly, and have a minimum of 1 years of telecalling or customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to follow up with patients or leads
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Book and confirm appointments over the phone
  • Maintain call records and update patient database
  • Explain basic treatment information (if required)
  • Coordinate with front desk and medical staff for scheduling

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in telecalling or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
  • Soft-spoken and patient-caring nature
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and call documentation
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
