Telecaller Executive Job Description for ANSHUMAN HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED Job Title: Telecaller Executive Department: Sales and Marketing Reports to: Sales Manager/Team Leader Job Purpose: To generate leads and convert them into potential customers for ANSHUMAN HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED through effective telecalling and follow-up activities. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation:

- Research and build a database of potential clients.
- Customer Interaction:

- Establish rapport with potential customers and understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the company's real estate offerings.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales Conversion:

- Persuasively present the company's products and services to generate interest.
- Schedule appointments with potential customers for site visits or virtual tours.
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion.
- Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals and share best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Persuasive and convincing abilities.
- Basic understanding of real estate concepts and sales techniques.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- High level of energy and enthusiasm. Additional Considerations:

- Experience in real estate sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
