**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell our products or services.
- Build and maintain a database of potential customers.
- Explain product features, pricing, and answer any questions from potential customers.
- Listen to customer needs and tailor product/service information accordingly.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales achieved.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Persistence and resilience in dealing with objections and rejections.
- High school diploma; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
