Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : 3 - 4 Years

Salary : Up to 50K CTC per month

Location : Nizamuddin , New Delhi

Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.

Note : Good communication skills (English and local language).

Key Responsibilities :

Safeguarding the Museum:

  • The Security Officer directs, manages and implements the museum activities including security policies,protocols and procedures and operational needs.
  • S/he is to respond immediately to emergencies/alarms and coordinate with staff, volunteers and visitors forearly mitigation.

S/he is responsible to provide a safe environment for the staff, volunteers and visitors.

  • S/he pulls in leakages on the account of security lapses and resolve issues if any.
  • The Security Officer supports the implementation of new technology (by analysing data) leading to increased standards of safety and lowered casualty ratio.

Access Control and Visitor Management:

  • Monitor entry and exit points of F&B outlets and museum areas.
  • Ensure only authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors gain access.
  • Maintain visitor registers and issue entry passes as required.
  • Assist in crowd management during peak hours and special events.

Surveillance and Patrolling:

  • Conduct regular patrolling of indoor and outdoor premises to detect potential security risks.
  • Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; promptly report suspicious activities.
  • Ensure exhibits, display items, cash counters, and storage areas remain secure.

Asset and Property Protection:

  • Safeguard artworks, artifacts, equipment, and inventory against theft or damage.
  • Oversee night security arrangements for F&B outlets and museum galleries.
  • Check locks, fire exits, and security systems are functional at all times.

Emergency Response:

  • Respond swiftly to fire alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches.
  • Assist in evacuations following emergency procedures.

Coordinate with fire safety and first-aid teams as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality, cultural institutions, Malls or public attractions.
  • Bachelors' degree; further education in security, administration or similar field would be desirable.
  • Adept in computer literacy (including MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of CCTV operation, visitor management systems, and emergency response protocols.

Work Conditions:

  • Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Indoor and outdoor duty areas covering both museum galleries and F&B zones.
  • Requires standing/walking for extended periods.

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
