Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Security Supervisor. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the physical security of premises, managing security personnel, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring security operations, addressing security concerns, coordinating with teams to ensure compliance, and maintaining a secure, customer-friendly environment. The role also requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to maintain operational efficiency.

  • Proficiency in problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Prior experience in a security-related field is a plus
  • Relevant certifications in security, safety, or management are preferred
