Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales & marketing strategy development and implementation in India
  • Service existing and develop opportunities with new customers 
  • Price analysis and contract negotiation and management.
  • Direct analysis and reporting of sales planning and budgeting.
  • Create new business opportunities, develop new accounts to satisfy business growth
    needs while maintaining existing customer market share.
  • Good communication internally for aligning sales strategy, product availability, sales
    process, and business finance etc.
  • Support in defining strategies to increase the market share and build a stronger company presence in the industry.
  • Collaborate with Technical team & other regional personnel to resolve technical issues raised by customers.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Post Graduate in Chemistry ;
  • Min. 3 years experience in PUD(Polyurethane dispersion) Industry; 
  • Knowledge in downstream industry such as printing inks, leather finishing, wood coatings and industrial coatings is a must;
  • Self motivated with result driven attitude;
  • Occasional Oversea travel covering South East Asia would be needed.
