About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated On-Field Sales Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding our customer base, maintaining key client relationships, and driving business growth in the specialty chemicals segment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities in paints, coatings, plastics, and adhesives industries.


• Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential customers to understand requirements and offer suitable product solutions.


• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth in the Chennai region.


• Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support strategic planning.


• Represent Reena Organics professionally at all customer meetings and industry events.

Candidate Requirements:


• 1–2 years of sales experience in specialty or industrial chemicals preferred.


• Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with field-based sales.


• Willingness to travel within Chennai and surrounding regions.
