Role Overview:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually engaging digital experiences. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, creating wireframes and prototypes, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality designs that enhance user satisfaction and meet business goals.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand the needs and design objectives.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interaction flows that effectively communicate design ideas.

  • Translate business requirements into functional and appealing user interfaces

  • Ensure UI designs are consistent with brand guidelines and align with the user experience vision.

  • Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating accordingly.

  • Iterate designs based on feedback and evolving user needs

  • Work with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of your designs.

  • Contribute to and help maintain a robust design system and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

  • Understand business goals and user behavior to create user-centered design solutions.

  • Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability tests to identify areas for improvement.

  • Translate complex requirements into functional and user-friendly interfaces.

  • Build and iterate design prototypes for stakeholder review and user feedback.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design objectives with technical feasibility and business strategy.

  • Maintain consistency across designs while customizing experiences for different user groups or platforms.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.

  • Take ownership of end-to-end UI/UX processes for assigned projects.

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design roles.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and impactful projects.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.

  • Excellent understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards

  • Ability to conduct user research and usability testing

  • Experience designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage time, priorities, and deadlines independently.

  • Experience working in an agile development environment.

  • Openness to feedback and a continuous learning mindset.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries.

  • Understanding of WordPress and CMS-based design workflows.

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
