Role & responsibilities

1. Support in

sales strategy

i. Provide Market Feedback to Managers, Marketing Team (P) & Trade Teams.

ii. Participate in Synergy Meeting with Trade Teams as per the decided plan.

iii. Ensure effective delivery of communication/messages to the concerned customers.

iv. Prepare Hospitals MIS and analyze the potential of the Hospitals to prepare business plan.

2 Sales Management

i. Prepare SVL of right Customers, STP, MTP as per policy and send for approval to Sales Manager and meet SVL Customers as per approved

frequency.

ii. Prepare list of Corporate Hospitals as per policy.

iii. Identify new Corporate Hospitals and recommend incorporating in SVL.

iv. Achieve assigned targets by implementing the strategies and using

the inputs effectively, implement POA to bridge gap if any.

V. Attend induction, Training Programs, Cycle meetings to understand

campaigns and other processes.

vi. Actively participate in joint calls.

3. Sales Management - Supply Chain

i. Carry out survey and record Market information.

ii. Ensure availability of existing and new products.

iii. Initiate process for discount to be provided to the CH.

iv. Ensure timely settlement of the claims of the stockist.

v. Ensure liquidation of near expiry products.

vi. Stockist management by ensuring sufficient stock as per market demand.

vii. Ensure streamlining of the authorized Stockist for CHB.

4. Reporting & Submission

i. Timely submission of DCR, MTP, Expense statement.

ii.. Ensure SSS is sent by authorized stockists to Business Coordinator on or before 2nd of every month.

iii. Fill review formats for review meetings within time lines for action plan.

iv. Submission of all documents and details as and when required.

v. Timely submission of Tender and Quotation to CH.

5 Stakeholder engagement

i. Conduct Hospital Workshops, CME and RTM as per the strategies.

ii. Ensure enrolment of HCP and Chemists in campaigns.

iii. Follow up of all Customers immediately after activities like CME/Workshops & RTM etc

6.Self development and learning

Attend all training programmes & strive

for self-development.
