driven Business Development Manager
to join our team and lead our
B2B growth journey
.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with
real estate developers, hotels, corporates, and institutions
. - Identify new business opportunities in the
B2B furniture & interiors sector
. - Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to generate project leads.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless client handovers to the execution team.
- Work closely with leadership to
shape sales strategy and expansion plans
.
Who We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in
B2B sales
(preferred sectors: building materials, interiors, real estate, hospitality). - Strong network with
builders, hotels, corporates, or institutions
in Lucknow/UP. - Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter with a passion for business growth.
