We are hiring Machine Operators for various roles involving CNC, VMC, HMC, Induction Hardening, and Grinding machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating assigned machines, maintaining production quality, and adhering to safety and process standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor assigned machine (CNC, VMC, HMC, Grinding, or Induction Hardening) as per SOPs.
  • Load/unload components and ensure proper clamping, referencing, and zero setting.
  • Conduct basic inspection using gauges, micrometers, or other measuring instruments.
  • Maintain quality standards by checking components against drawings or control plans.
  • Record production data such as quantities produced, cycle time, and rejections.
  • Carry out tool changes, offsets, and minor adjustments as needed.
  • Report any machine breakdowns or quality issues immediately to the supervisor.
  • Perform daily machine cleaning and basic maintenance checks.
  • Follow all safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
  • Maintain workplace discipline and housekeeping.

Requirements

  • Qualification: 12th, ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or relevant trade
  • Experience: 1–5 years of experience operating CNC/VMC/HMC/Grinding/Induction Hardening machines in an automotive or precision components industry.
  • Familiarity with measurement instruments and control parameters.
  • Team player with a willingness to work in shifts and meet production targets.
  • Commitment to quality, discipline, and safe working practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150, ₹180,000.00 per year
