Senior Executive

Purpose of Job:

• To operate and maintain all Boilers as per regulatory/Statutory requirement.
• To carry out operation & maintenance activities in Boiler, HVAC, Water System, and other Utilities.
• To execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of boiler and utility.
• To maintain good housekeeping and GEP.
• To follow rules and regulation implemented time to time.

Essential Qualifications :

Minimum 10th pass / First class boiler attendant certificate.

Essential Experience :

• Should have good knowledge in working in pharma company.
• Hands on experience in boiler operation and maintenance activity.

Job Conditions:

• Shift rotation with overstay as per work requirements.

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

• To maintain the boiler steam pressure as per the production requirement.
• To operate and maintain all Boilers as per regulatory/Statutory requirement.
• To achieve the targeted production, ensure smooth, efficient, uninterrupted and trouble-free operation and maintenance of water plant, HVAC and other utility equipment as per SOPs.
• To attend the leakage of steam inside and outside the plant.
• To attend the predictive, preventive & breakdown maintenance of machines as per requirements.
• To unload the fuel tanker and to maintain the level of fuel in storage tank.
• To ensure smooth and trouble-free operation, cleaning, sanitization and maintenance of water plant as per SOP.
• To collect and dispose-off used oil in designated drums for further disposal.
• To collect and dispose-off used filters/ scrap material at proper place in scrap yard.
• To handle the-shift operation and complete related documentation as required by SOP.
• To informs engineering manager during any breakdown where help is required.
• To keep awareness of operational standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 &
• To follow the regulations of various agencies (USFDA, EU, TGA, MHRA, ANVISA, WHO, Schedule M etc.).
• To participate in qualification & requalification of machine/equipment and functional support for qualification, validation and calibration activity.
• To participate actively in OMS, OE and EHS activities and engagement in the process.
• To undergoes the various training planned by department or company and implement the same at the workplace.
• To maintain cGMP practices along with documentation in respective logbooks & records.
• To handover charge to next shift persons.
• To keep Engineering Manager informed of Utility operation and maintenance activities.
• To identify consumables and frequently used spare for each machine and plan in coordination engineering manager for inventory of such spares.
• To execute and complete project, area renovation work within scheduled timeframe.
• To adopt instructions for new methodology in accordance with the quality/ safety standards.
• To keep tracking of engineering spares and keep Manager informed regarding the stock of spares.
