
Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate, with 0-2 years of experience, should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to visit colleges, schools, hospitals, and other institutions for presentations. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, acting as a brand ambassador, and collaborating with the digital marketing team to enhance the company's outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels. Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Presentation and Outreach: Conduct presentations at colleges, schools, hospitals, and other relevant institutions. Represent the company as a brand ambassador, promoting products and services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential clients.
- Coordination with Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align online and offline marketing efforts. Provide insights from field visits to enhance digital marketing strategies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide regular feedback on market dynamics and potential opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and future opportunities.
- Achieve Targets: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
