Early Career Recruiting Specialist

About You and this Role

Company is seeking an Early Career Recruiting Specialist with a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities to join our Talent Acquisition team in Navi Mumbai.

In this role, you will help shape the future of our organization by attracting top talent from universities to participate our early career programs. You will build strong relationships with our university relations stakeholders, engage with students, and create exceptional candidate experiences through inclusive hiring practices.

Responsibilities (Add additional responsibilities as appropriate based on region)

  • Works closely with hiring managers and functional staffing teams to align recruitment strategies with hiring needs for strategic early career programs.
  • Supports end-to-end recruitment efforts across technical and non-technical functional areas.
  • Assists managers in writing inclusive and effective job postings for campus talent.
  • Provides clear and concise guidance of recruiting procedures to a high volume of internal stakeholders and interviewers.
  • Effectively manages high volume candidate flow to create an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Screens resumes, assess candidates technical and cultural fit, and manage candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Partners with other HR disciplines and external vendors to ensure a seamless onboarding, housing and relocation candidate experience.
  • Ensures all recruitment activities adhere to applicable local, state, and federal employment laws and company compliance standards, maintaining accurate documentation and ethical hiring practices throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of an Associate Degree plus 2 years of relevant experience OR a minimum of a Bachelors Degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience (e.g. Client Facing Roles, Human Resources, Customer Service, Recruiting, etc.)

  • Military Degree Equivalency verbiage
  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
