Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Mumbai. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding and training processes. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and implementing effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in building and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting techniques to identify and attract top talent.
  • Experience with Training and employee onboarding to support smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a results-driven and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous.
