Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire UX design lifecycle — discovery, research, concepting, wireframes, prototyping, and validation.
  • Translate business and user needs into intuitive, data-informed design solutions.
  • Build and manage user personas, user flows, and journey maps that shape product direction.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Design for international and multi-segment users, considering localization and accessibility.
  • Continuously improve usability and adoption through analytics and feedback
  • Establish and maintain a consistent design system and interaction guidelines.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in SaaS or B2B technology products.
  • Strong understanding of UX discovery, persona development, and user research.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to differentiate products through design and usability.
  • Experience with CRM, sales automation, or enterprise platforms is a plus.
  • Awareness of international design trends and user behavior.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing problem-solving, design thinking, and UX storytelling.
