**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the **entire UX design lifecycle** — discovery, research, concepting, wireframes, prototyping, and validation.
- Translate business and user needs into **intuitive, data-informed design solutions**.
- Build and manage **user personas, user flows, and journey maps** that shape product direction.
- Collaborate closely with **Product Managers and Engineers** to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Design for **international and multi-segment users**, considering localization and accessibility.
- Continuously **improve usability and adoption** through analytics and feedback
- Establish and maintain a **consistent design system** and interaction guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- 4-5 years of experience in **UX design**, preferably in SaaS or B2B technology products.
- Strong understanding of **UX discovery, persona development, and user research**.
- Hands-on experience with **Figma**or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ability to **differentiate products through design and usability**.
- Experience with **CRM, sales automation, or enterprise platforms** is a plus.
- Awareness of **international design trends and user behavior**.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio showcasing **problem-solving, design thinking, and UX storytelling**.
