We're looking for a passionate UX Designer to join our growing product and marketing teams — someone who thrives on crafting intuitive, human-centered digital experiences for web platforms, LMS interfaces, and marketing funnels.

Role Overview

As a UX Designer, you'll be responsible for understanding user behavior, mapping user journeys, and creating intuitive designs that make our digital products and campaigns more user-friendly and visually cohesive.

You'll collaborate with product managers, marketers, and developers to translate business goals into meaningful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and competitor analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Analyze user journeys and define personas to guide design decisions.

Experience & Interface Design

  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or similar tools.
  • Design intuitive layouts and interactions for websites, dashboards, and course platforms.
  • Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and design consistency across products.

Collaboration & Implementation

  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to design landing pages and conversion-focused experiences.
  • Participate in design reviews and refine concepts based on feedback and data insights.

Usability & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on findings.
  • Apply UX best practices to improve user retention, engagement, and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a UX or Product Designer.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and interaction design.
  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Ability to conduct and apply findings from user research.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with LMS, SaaS, or B2B software design.
  • Experience with usability testing or analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics).
  • Understanding of basic front-end principles (HTML/CSS awareness).
  • Motion design or micro interaction design experience.
