We are looking for a Senior HR Executive who can own the people function end-to-end and help build a high-performance, culture-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition

  • End-to-end recruitment for tech, design, marketing, and operations roles.
  • Building talent pipelines using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Conducting screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with department leads.

2. HR Operations

  • Managing onboarding & offboarding processes.
  • Maintaining employee records, HRMS updates, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Drafting HR policies, SOPs, and process documents.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Designing and executing engagement initiatives, R&R programs, team activities.
  • Acting as the primary POC for employee queries, conflict resolution, and grievances.
  • Maintaining a positive, energetic, and performance-oriented culture.

4. Performance Management

  • Supporting quarterly KRAs/OKRs, appraisal cycles, and performance review processes.
  • Working closely with leadership to ensure transparent evaluation.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments).
  • Maintaining HR documentation, contracts, NDAs, and onboarding kits.

6. Leadership Support

  • Supporting founders and department heads with workforce planning.
  • Preparing HR dashboards, analytics, and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in startups or tech/AI companies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to own multiple functions independently.
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, HRMS tools, and documentation.
  • High level of ownership, energy, and problem-solving skills.
