Job Title: Digital Production Associate Creative Assets & Template Review

About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented Digital Production Associates to join our growing creative operations team. The role involves reviewing, evaluating, and curating design templates, mockups, UI/UX kits, and other creative assets for a leading global creative marketplace. You will play a key role in ensuring assets meet technical accuracy, compliance standards, and aesthetic guidelines while maintaining a high-quality curated collection.

This position is ideal for professionals with strong design production, quality control, and asset management experience who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate design assets (templates, mock-ups, creative files) for quality, technical accuracy, and creative standards
  • Perform quality control checks on design files with attention to detail and consistency
  • Ensure metadata, keywords, and intellectual property compliance are aligned with marketplace standards
  • Provide feedback to improve content submissions and flag issues where required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content moderation, tooling enhancements, and workflow improvements
  • Recommend process improvements for scalable, efficient asset review and production

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience as a Digital Production Designer, Creative Producer, Content Moderator, or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with design file formats and workflows across publishing, web, and mobile industries
  • Strong curation, quality evaluation, and aesthetic judgment abilities
  • Solid understanding of post-production best practices and digital asset management
  • Experience with content review workflows and asset tracking tools (JIRA, Podio, Atlassian, Trello, etc.) is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to UI/UX design, creative marketplaces, or template libraries is an added advantage
