Role Description
Observe Now is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive growth, and build strong CXO/partner relationships.
What you'll do:
Lead & manage the sales team
Drive sponsorship & delegate sales
Build and grow CXO/partner relationships
Close high-value deals & negotiations
Align sales with event business goals
Track revenue & share market insights
Eligibility:
4+ years of direct B2B event sales experience
Strong leadership & team management skills
Proven track record of revenue growth
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Willingness to travel
